Nsglow Fashion("Nsglow") provides this page so you can request deletion of personal data associated with your Nsglow account, including data obtained when you sign in with Facebook Login. This satisfies Meta's requirement that apps accessing user data offer a way for people to request deletion of their data.
What data we may delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, which may include:
- Account profile: name, email, profile photo, and login credentials.
- Facebook Login linkage and profile information received from Facebook (name, email, picture).
- Saved addresses, wishlist items, and cart contents.
- Support messages associated with your account.
We may retain limited information when required by law (for example, completed order and payment records for tax, fraud prevention, or accounting), or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Email us (recommended)
- Send an email to support@nsglow.com with the subject line "Nsglow account / data deletion request".
- Include the email address on your Nsglow account (the same email used with Facebook Login, if applicable) and your full name.
- If you used Facebook Login, you may optionally include your Facebook user ID to help us locate the account.
Option 2 — Contact by phone
Call +880 1700-000000 and ask to speak with support about deleting your Nsglow account and personal data. We will still confirm your identity by email before completing deletion.
What happens after you request deletion
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder (we may ask you to confirm via the email on file).
- Within 30 days of verification, we delete or anonymize eligible personal data and revoke active sessions.
- We reply by email confirming that deletion is complete, or explain what we must retain and why.
- After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you shop with us again. Facebook Login can be reconnected only by signing in again and granting permission.
Removing Nsglow from Facebook
Deleting your Nsglow data does not automatically remove the app from Facebook. To revoke Facebook access separately:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites.
- Select Nsglow (or the app name shown) and remove it.
Removing the Facebook app connection stops future sharing from Facebook to Nsglow. To erase data already stored on Nsglow, still submit a deletion request using the steps above.
