• Do not share your account or impersonate another person.
• Notify us promptly at support@nsglow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown for shopping purposes and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders (for example, due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or payment failure). An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or begin fulfillment.

You agree to pay all amounts due for your orders using the payment methods we support. Shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms applicable to your order and region. Customs duties or local taxes (if any) may be your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Nsglow branding, logos, product imagery, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as needed to browse and purchase through the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nsglow and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
